When it comes to standards, we set the bar higher. In an ever-changing world, emerging technologies are frequently applied as part of integrated entrance and building management solutions. Innovation within our industry means that standards need to be continually scrutinised to balance the ease and convenience of public accessibility with standards for quality, safety and security.

Our role in creating and reviewing standards is underpinned by the knowledge and expertise our team has gained from many years’ experience working within the industry.

We’re in the best place to advise those responsible for creating national and international standards and reviewing those that are already in place. 

Our work with the British Standards Institution (BSI) includes developing codes of practice, designed to make things better, safer and more efficient. And in turn, we support the BSI in its role as a member of CEN, the European standardisation organisation, which is made up of standard-setting bodies from 34 countries.
