Accessing the Academy

To add your employees, we will require the following information by email:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Company email address (of employee)

When you have logged in, the first page you will see is the main user dashboard which is tailored to your individual profile. It will allow you to keep track of your achievements, accreditations and progress, it also gives you a brief insight to the platform.

The 'All About Me' section is very useful to learners as it shows your learning record of courses allocated and completed, showing an enrolment date, course completion date, progress level and your grade.

'Our Courses' navigates you to our free and pay-by-invoice courses. In total there are over 100 training courses available. To get started with completing a free course you will need to press on the course you wish to complete and click on the icon that says 'enrol me'. Once doing this there should be a banner on the top of the screen stating that you have been enrolled successfully. Once you have enrolled you need to go back to 'All about me' and into 'My Learning Record' to start the training. Please contact the ADSA office (info@adsa.org.uk) if you would like to purchase any of our pay-by-invoice courses.

In the 'Reports' you can run basic data to see all completed and upcoming training requirements.

The 'Resources' section will grant you access to Technical Bulletins, Videos, Downloadable Documents and Risk Assessments.

You can update your profile and app preferences.

When courses or information are updated on the Academy, you will receive a notification via the bell icon in the top right hand side of the platform.

There is a management function which is available for any manager wishing to see their team, once activated this allows them to view employees training records, completion history, grades and certificates.

We are pleased to advise that there is a BLUE accessibility button available to all within the platform which gives assistance with different learning styles.

Please inform the ADSA office by email if an employee has left your employment.
This will enable us to disable their account on the Academy and update our inhouse records for auditing purposes.

Virtual Certificates

Delegates will be able to download a certificate once any of the eLearning courses have been successfully completed.

Please note: A hard copy of these certificates will not be dispatched. These certificates can be accessed, downloaded and saved from the individuals account on the Academy.
